I'm a boutique recruiter specializing in luxury brands, mission-driven companies, and not-for-profits, working with a limited number of clients so I can go deep with each one. I was born a natural observer of people, and making matches between the clients and candidates I've carefully chosen to work with brings me immense joy.
I started my career as an in-house recruiter at one of the fastest-growing fashion brands in the country, which taught me just how vital the right strategic hires are in a company's early days. Since then, my experience has spanned both in-house and agency recruiting — across C-suite, operations, IT, accounting, sales, marketing, and legal roles.
